Silver - 30-min dolphin encounter, maximum 36 guests per group, 1 dolphin, lunch, 2 hours free time

Gold - 40-min dolphin swim, maximum 20 guests per group, 2 dolphins, lunch, 2 hours free time

The dolphin interaction was lovely and the highlight of the experience. However, the tour felt rushed due to transportation timing. It was advertised as a four-hour package, but we were asked to return by 11:30am, which didn’t align with expectations. Traveling with two small children made this more challenging, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the activities. Additionally, the transport left without telling us when it would return, which caused unnecessary stress. Better communication needed.

We had a fab time with the dolphins and saw some other animals too. We would definitely recommend it.

Das Schwimmen war sehr gut erklärt und toll. Zum essen könnte noch ein Getränk sprich z.b. Wasser inklusive sein. Hier 8 dollar ist zu viel. Die Umkleiden sind zu wenig und nicht sonderlich sauber. Insgesamt aber hat uns der Ausflug gefallen.

Picked up at 7.30 am didn’t open til 0900 then had to stand in gift shop! No welcome drink I was told I would have to pay and couldn’t drink my own water. Love bird house very poor and delapidated, the man working there asked us for a tip we were only there for ten mins. At 0930 we were herded like cattle into dolphin experience, there were ten of us with two dolphins and we got approx 5 mins each with dolphins, the photos were the best bit. Spent longer with birds than dolphin. Toilet disgustin
