It's all downhill on this exhilarating bike tour through the famous Blue Mountains. You'll freewheel down lush tropical scenery, visiting historic sites, local markets and even a secluded waterfall on this full day biking adventure – just for adrenaline junkies.

Leaving the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay, you'll wind your way up through valleys and along hillside roads to the highest point in the Blue Mountains by bus. Once we've reached 1,700 metres above sea level, then don your helmet, get set and set off on a bike ride down through green-as-can-be tropical scenery.

Along the way, you'll stop off to explore fascinating historical sites and to browse the stalls of local markets. And, you'll get to enjoy a typical Jamaican brunch to keep your energy levels up. But keep pushing on because the end of the route promises a refreshing swim by a secluded waterfall.

We loved our day in the mountains really interesting and informative tour . The guides while we were on the bikes were fantastic and kept us safe from other vehicles . The mountains are beautiful, every local was friendly and said hello while we cycling. Word of warning massive pot holes on the roads and my bike seemed to deviate towards them. Lunch was tasty and the restaurant was super clean . The only reason I have not done a 10 out of 10 was because the pickup was late by 30 minutes .

I did the hike and bike ride and both were excellent. Staff were very good, informative and concerned for our safety. It was a very long day, almost 11 hours and didn't need brunch and lunch. I thought it was a little expensive but really enjoyed it and so different to the beach and resort.

If you’re staying in Montego Bay, this trip is 5 hours there and 5 hours back! We left at 06.35 and got back at 19.50. The trip on bikes through the mountains is lovely but honestly if I knew how long the drive was going to be, I wouldn’t have done it. The lunch is good, the guides are lovely (they will ask for tips). No one really swam because people were keen to get the journey over with back. The bikes are weird and have brakes on the pedals which takes some getting used to.

Overall the tour was excellent, all the guides were up beat and created a fun atmosphere. The negatives would be a lack of water, it was a very hot day plus we were cycling and I felt really dehydrated. And my booking didn't mention there would be swimming so I didn't bring swim wear.

We loved our day in the mountains really interesting and informative tour . The guides while we were on the bikes were fantastic and kept us safe from other vehicles . The mountains are beautiful, every local was friendly and said hello while we cycling. Word of warning massive pot holes on the roads and my bike seemed to deviate towards them. Lunch was tasty and the restaurant was super clean . The only reason I have not done a 10 out of 10 was because the pickup was late by 30 minutes .
