Nous nous sommes rendu sur place pour pouvoir effectuer la visite a 11h00 comme convenu, une fois sur place on n accepté pas notre réservation car manque les qr code pour pouvoir entrer. On nous dirige vers des personnes avec des drapeaux , la ces personnes nous signalent qu elles ne sont pas de l agence. Nous avons du sonner a plusieurs reprises chez tui pour avoir ces codes qr, a chaque fois l appel etait interrompu. Nous avons quand meme pu avoir ces codes mais galère sur place

Didn’t know that there’sa link for the tickets on the main download that you need to go to for the QR code for entrance. And that you have to down load another app for audio guide as I went to get the audio guiide from the counter and was advised this purchase was not included . Apart from very helpful staff I world of been up the canal without a paddle.
