To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry
Holders of tickets that guarantee access to any monument in the Piazza Duomo complex must leave luggage exceeding the permitted dimensions at the Luggage Storage (Piazza Duomo 38/r) before the start time of the visit. Visitors with prohibited items will not be allowed entry. The storage service is free and included in the ticket price

Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. Please go to the Dome of Brunelleschi's Door, also known as the Almond Door, located on the left side of the Cathedral in Piazza del Duomo 15r, opposite the Lindt chocolate shop. There you will meet the staff, who will be wearing a yellow vest with the word “ACCORD” on it.
