Die per Mail erhaltenen Unterlagen mussten vor fahrtantritt umgetauscht werden. Das Personal hatte keine Erfahrung mit diesen Unterlagen von TUI/Musement. Der Audio-Guide war auf Grund der Lautstärke der Gäste kaum zu verstehen. Die Fahrt war recht langweilig , da kaum Frachtschiffe zu sehen waren.
