You'll begin the tour in Pomerol with a visit to a prestigious biodynamic-certified winery. Your guide will explain how the vines are grown and the main stages in the winemaking process. You'll see the vat room and barrel cellar before tasting three red wines.
The tour continues with a second Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé winery. After an introduction to the history and characteristics of the estate, you'll taste four red wines and compare the effect of climate on different vintages.
