• Children below 107 cm can select the child ticket. Children above 107 cm need to select the adult ticket
• Children aged 3 years and under enter free
• Please note that cabanas and towels are not included
• For your comfort and safety, life jackets are provided on-site. Personal life jackets are not permitted
• Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected date. Date changes are not allowed
• Bags may be inspected at the entrance
• Appropriate swimwear is required. Beach thongs, transparent suits, underwear, denim, or very loose clothing (e.g., abaya, dishdash) are not permitted
• Regular nappies or diapers are not allowed in pools or attractions
• Some attractions may close temporarily during severe weather. No refunds for closures due to weather
