Das Erlebnis war gut organisiert und hat wirklich Spaß gemacht einen Delfin so nah zu begegnen!!! Ich bin nur von TUI maßlos enttäuscht!! Habe am Telefon die Auskunft erhalten, findet in 6m tiefen Wasser statt, also schwimmen mit Delfin!! Vor Ort habe ich erfahren, nur eine Begegnung in flachem Wasser!! Upgrade Vor Ort hätte 975 Dirham gekostet!!! In Zukunft buche ich woanders, dort wo es genau beschrieben ist, was man Bucht, den auf telefonische Auskunft ist bei Tui kein Verlass!!

Participants must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Please note that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time, they will be considered a "no show".
