It took over 12 hours to get the SIM activated even though I sent the information requested via email and WhatsApp

Good to get delivered to you at airport and the person sent the passport photo for me to get activated. I am not great with tech so was a bit confused what code I had to put on to get activated, but sent a message and they confirmed for me what I needed to do so all good.
