Fabulous trip ! We really enjoyed this day. Was great to get out of the City for a while. Wonderful friendly staff, (Joveene our driver/ guide) made our day, and Jeff the Capt on the airboat. We experienced seeing the Gators in their habitat, was awesome Wild Florida was fantastic too. Great lunch included in price. Would definitely recommend. * Our only niggle was we had a delay during the pick ups, some older couple was at wrong place. After 45 mins we were on our way.

The Hotel rep was constantly busy- you could easily spend a minimum of One hour waiting to see them. Not what I want to spend my tome doing, when Im on Holiday. The Car Hire for me personally was an absolute joke. There was no SAT NAV as promised at time of booking- leaving us to travel 1.5 hours in a place we didnt know which took us 5 hours to complete. Neither car hire/Reps at the airport could support us with a basic map or anything. Melbourne Airport- am I really paying you money that
